一 |     (ECNS)-- China’s imports rose 22% year on year in the first seven months of 2026, outpacing export growth by 8 percentage points, according to data from the General Administration of Customs.     The strong growth highlights China’s expanding role as a major global consumer market alongside its long-standing position as the “world’s factory.”        In the first half of the year, industrial raw materials and components were among the main drivers of import growth. Imports of metal ores rose 22.6%, while imports of electronic components jumped 45.6%, supporting China’s high-end manufacturing sector and industrial supply chains.    Consumer goods also recorded robust growth, with imports of edible oils and aquatic products increasing 19.2% and 24.1%, respectively.    Market-opening measures have provided further momentum. Following the introduction of zero-tariff treatment for 53 African countries on May 1, China’s imports from Africa rose 23.5% over the following two months.    China has now granted zero-tariff treatment to 63 countries, while its overall tariff level has fallen to 7.3%. 二 |     　　广州8月21日电(王华 龚甸)广州供电局21日发布消息称，南方电网基坑气承式膜结构项目已在南方电网广东广州供电局南沙供用电实操用房(二期)暨南网工匠研习院二期项目落地应用。该项目以全封闭智能作业模式，从源头破解传统基坑施工中极端天气误工、扬尘、噪声超标等行业难题。南方电网基坑气承式膜结构项目在广州落地应用(资料图)。　广州供电局 　供图　　此次应用为深度10.7米的基坑搭建起长100米、宽63.6米、高30米、投影面积约6115平方米的全封闭“智能防护罩”。该结构以高强度膜材与智能钢缆为主体，通过向膜内持续输送空气形成气压差，支撑起无梁无柱的开阔作业空间，从物理层面阻断施工对外界的影响。

三 | 　　“经实测，该结构可实现近乎零排放的扬尘阻隔，降噪幅度超40分贝，将施工边界噪声控制在60分贝以下，显著降低施工对周边社区的影响。”广州供电局项目中心小型基建部项目经理徐潘宇驰说。　　针对广州夏季高温闷热、台风多发的气候特点，该结构应用多重技术打造全天候适宜作业的施工环境。

四 | 　　在作业环境优化方面，结构内置智能制冷控温模块，可将作业面温度降低8至10摄氏度，破解了传统气膜内部闷热、粉尘积聚的行业痛点，降低高温天气带来的职业健康风险。同时，膜材顶部的透光区域可在日间充分引入自然光，减少场内照明能耗。　　在极端天气防护方面，结构布设传感器与物联网管控系统，具备24小时自适应“呼吸”调节能力，可动态调整内部气压，抵御14级强风冲击，大幅降低风雨天气导致的停工误工风险。　　据了解，该项目还配套数字孪生管控平台，可远程可视化管控施工全流程，实现风险智能预警、进度动态优化与资源精准调度等，可令施工效率提升约20%。
